Michael was fantastic to work with, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! Michael’s patience, expertise, and kindness made my first home purchase as stress free as possible. I worked with Michael for close to a 1.5 years and NOT ONCE did I ever feel that Michael was trying to push a sale that didn’t align with my goals. When you’re making a large investment, you often do your best to protect your capital — Michael will do the same and will not push a purchase that isn’t a GREAT investment. Finally, when my first offer was accepted, Michael lined up his team of inspectors, attorneys, and lenders to walk me through the process of closing. When I needed contacts for construction and other items, Michael knew the right guy — Michael is the person who always knows “that guy” you need! From the beginning to the end, Michael has been a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend him enough.

Michael did a great job taking us step by step through the search for and purchase of our new multi-family property. He stayed with us through our moments of doubt and overthinking, was available to talk at length when that's what we needed, and ultimately guided us through to a deal that was $14K below asking, even in a seller's market. Michael was extremely responsive and quick to get my condo listed. I had a relatively urgent need to sell and he immediately jumped on it, got it listed, held an open house and got under contract. I am a very anxious person and Michael responded to my worries at all hours of the day and took on the stress for me. I wish that I was buying another house just so I could work with Michael again. He is very knowledgeable of real estate market trends, housing in the Chicago area, home improvements, landscaping - you name it! Michael helped us purchase our home $20k under the list price against multiple offers in Chicago's aggressive seller's market. He was eager to help us find a home on our schedule while being patient enough to make sure that it was the RIGHT home, not just the RIGHT NOW house. He has a trusted group of professionals he works with to make the experience as frictionless as possible, but he does not pressure you to work with his team if you have your own bank, lawyer, etc. I wish I knew more people who want to buy a house because I cannot recommend Michael enough!
