Michael was fantastic to work with, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! Michael’s patience, expertise, and kindness made my first home purchase as stress free as possible. I worked with Michael for close to a 1.5 years and NOT ONCE did I ever feel that Michael was trying to push a sale that didn’t align with my goals. When you’re making a large investment, you often do your best to protect your capital — Michael will do the same and will not push a purchase that isn’t a GREAT investment. Finally, when my first offer was accepted, Michael lined up his team of inspectors, attorneys, and lenders to walk me through the process of closing. Michael did a great job taking us step by step through the search for and purchase of our new multi-family property. I am a very anxious person and Michael responded to my worries at all hours of the day and took on the stress for me. He was eager to help us find a home on our schedule while being patient enough to make sure that it was the RIGHT home, not just the RIGHT NOW house. He has a trusted group of professionals he works with to make the experience as frictionless as possible, but he does not pressure you to work with his team if you have your own bank, lawyer, etc. I wish I knew more people who want to buy a house because I cannot recommend Michael enough!
